Staying With Us

We are delighted to welcome you to stay with us and hope you have a really fun and relaxing stay with us.  There are a few rules and regulations to make you aware of when staying with us.

1. Smoking

Robin's Nest operates a strict no smoking and no vaping policy. If you do smoke or vape, then please do so outside and away from the holiday home door.

2. Arts and Crafts

Arts and Crafts of any kind cannot be done inside the holiday home. This includes but is not restricted to ;

Paints, Crayons, Felt Tips, Glitter, Play-Doh / Clay

There is a Woof's Workshop in the complex, offering activities for all ages at a very reasonable price.

3. Your Furry Friends

We are proud to be a dog-friendly holiday home; however, some rules apply

• Do not leave your dog unattended in the holiday home. This is a rule of the park itself. If dogs are left unattended, then the park warden will intervene. 

• Do not allow your dog on the sofas or the beds. 

• If you return from a muddy walk, then please wipe your dog's paws

• Always clean up after your dog using the bins provided around the park

• Dogs must be kept on a lead in the park.

4. Caravan beds

The beds in the twin room are holiday home beds. Please do not let your little ones jump on the bed, as it can cause the frame to buckle and result in permanent damage. 

5. Heating

Robin's Nest is a fully centrally heated holiday home. The temperature is controlled by a Nest thermostat in the living room, and the boiler is set up to work with that. There is no need to change any settings on the boiler as this can cause problems. If you are having problems with the heating, then please call us on 07745 236617 and we will get things resolved for you. 

6. Games and DVDs

We provide a selection of video games , board games and DVDs for your enjoyment during your holiday. Can we ask that you replace any discs back into the original cases for other holiday makers to enjoy. 

7. Leaving the Holiday Home

When you leave to go home, could you please do the following -

• Empty the bins and fridge

• Strip the bedding

• Please do not leave the dishwasher runningor leave any washing up in the sink

• Close and secure all windows for security

• Replace the key in the keybox and spin the barrel. 

8. Electric Car Charging

It is against park rules to charge electric cars directly from the holiday home as it is a fire risk. Wardens to patrol the park and will intervene. There are charging points on park for guests to use.
