What We Do

We now offer a dedicated holiday home sales service, designed to get your property in front of the right buyers. Here’s how we support you:

• Widespread Exposure: Your holiday home will be featured across our high-traffic websites and social media channels, ensuring it reaches the ideal audience.

• Buyer Engagement: We handle initial enquiries, answering questions about site fees, ownership costs, and providing helpful insights about the park and the beautiful surrounding New Forest area — a huge draw for buyers!

• Warm Lead Handover: Once a buyer expresses serious interest, we’ll pass their contact details directly to you so you can take the conversation further. Your privacy is important to us — we’ll never share your information without your permission.

 What We Don’t Do

We’re not based near Shorefield Parks, so unfortunately, we can’t conduct in-person viewings on your behalf.

 What It Costs

Simple and risk-free:

• No sale, no fee – If your property doesn’t sell, you pay nothing.

• Flat fee of £200 – Only payable once your holiday home is sold. This covers all advertising and buyer introductions.
